Haven Apartments is an 8-unit supportive housing complex located at 2501 Empowerment Drive in Springfield, Illinois. This permanent housing project will serve single homeless disabled women, disabled women with children and homeless disabled families. Abundant Faith Supportive Services will assist residents with overcoming individual barriers, which have hindered them from achieving self-sufficiency and stability.
